My Favorite New Band started with me sending music to friends.

A song, an artist, something I had stumbled across, usually accompanied by some version of, "this is my favorite new band."

So I made a place for it.

Music I like. Stories worth sharing. Useful things I come across. People doing interesting things in and around music.

There is no grand plan. It is just stuff I think is worth passing on.
