Blackwater Holylight

Blackwater Holylight is a Los Angeles-based band that began in Portland, Oregon, built around a shared instinct for blending weight and atmosphere. Formed by multi-instrumentalist Sunny Faris, their sound pulls from doom, psychedelia, and shoegaze without settling in one place. Their records feel immersive rather than immediate, shaped by repetition, texture, and mood. Not Here Not Gone feels less about arrival and more about the space in between.
