The Mountain is Gorillaz's ninth album, recorded across India, London and several other locations. It draws heavily from Indian classical instrumentation alongside synth-pop and psychedelia — one of their most ambitious records.

The Happy Dictator features Sparks, the LA brothers who have been doing exactly what they want since 1970. Two bands who have never cared about fitting in, on the same track. It works completely.
